Advent Calendar Craft Night

We had a great first craft night. 

Here are two advent calendars that were finished. 

The only limit to these are your imagination.

Advent Calendar with CTMH My Creations Cubby

This was a fun project using the My Creations Cubby. 

The boxes are cut out using the Cricut Artiste cartridge. 

We used the Pemberley Paper Packet as well as White Daisy, and Colonial White.

With a little imagination you too can make a snow flake wonderland count down.

Depending on the paper you choose you can make a count down to any occasion.

I am excited to announce upcoming events for Close To My Heart. There are four new events scheduled for the four months.

Thursday, November 29th

Saturday, December 8th

Thursday, January 24th

All of these will be from 6-8pm.

Each event will have a project as well as an opportunity to purchase items out of the idea book.

Workshops on the Go Scroll Album Kit

This was a fun project.

It is a wonderful Home Decor 

item to add to your home.

This is a great way to remember 

a monumental event in your life 

or a fun family vacation.

The Workshop came with a stamp set, 

wooden spool with kraft paper, 

buttons (not shown), 

chocolate ribbon (not shown), 

printed canvas sticker sheets, 

and an instructional brochure.

This would  be a great family project. 

Each person could embellish one photo or photos.

This is a new item from the new Autumn/Winter Idea Book.

Here is the Bonus Project for the Avonlea Workshop on The Go.

It was fun and easy to make. There are detailed instructions that can be printed off the Close To My Heart website. This a great keepsake for yourself or to give as a gift for any occasion. This is in the New Idea Book.

Five Cards

This was a fun project. This is my first time doing a Workshop on The Go. Some of the elements were from the Cricut machine "Art Philosophy" cartridge and others were Close To My Heart stamps. 

The new Idea Book has other Workshops on The Go. This one is no longer available but the paper and embellishments are. This a great first time project for anyone.

Grand Opening Gathering

I am so thrilled with all of the new items that I have received from Close To My Heart that I want to share them with you. I am going to be having a Grand Opening Gathering on Thursday, August 16th from 5-9 pm. I will have new CTMH Idea Books for you to look at. I am also hoping you will also be inspired and interested in booking a gathering with me. I will have a few door prizes as well as refreshments and make-and take projects. I am planning on four different projects so you will hopefully find one that you like.This is a great time to come check out the new items in the CTMH Idea Book.
